20mph limit plan for all residential areas, says Mark Drakeford

Speed limits of 20mph could be introduced in all residential areas in Wales, the first minister has told AMs.

Mark Drakeford said ministers had "provided hundreds of millions of pounds for small area 20mph zones".

"What we now want to do is to go beyond that," he announced.

Shadow Minister for Culture visits Bilbao

David Melding AM - the Shadow Minister for Housing, Heritage, Culture and Media - and the rest of the Culture, Welsh Language and Communications Committee have this week visited the Basque Country to learn about their language and broadcasting policies. 

Upfront letting fees to be banned in Wales by this autumn

The Senedd (Welsh Parliament) passed the Rental Fees Bill earlier this week which will ban a number of upfront letting fees and gives the Welsh Government the power to regulate certain other fees like holding deposits.
